About the Role

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator & EA to join the team. The role will comprise of managing the Leadership Programmes and being the main point of contact for both clients and coaches, ensuring all of the logistics and scheduling run smoothly. Alongside this will be a certain amount of diary management through the EA part of the role on both external client projects and internal operational projects and tasks. You must be able to speak French fluently, to a professional standard as you will be communicating with French-speaking clients.

You will need to be able to hold focus and attention to detail whilst working within a dynamic multi-tasking environment. Requirements

Responsibilities


  • Client liaison and account management with the lead coach

  • Build strong relationships with relevant counterparts in client organisations

  • Scheduling of programmes and associated logistics

  • Take ownership & accountability of the programme from all angles – maintain a high-level perspective to ensure that programmes are successful

  • Work with the Finance team internally to ensure projects are adequately budgeted, and invoiced for (no finance experience necessary)

  • Management of coaching programmes on our various technology platforms

  • Diary Management

  • Travel Logistics

  • Basic administrative support such as assisting with pitches, proposals and logistics.

  • Act as an ambassador for the programme internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the programme

  • Represents & collaborates with team in front of stakeholders, clients or users

  • Questions the impractical and pushes tech uses forward for optimal business efficiency.


About you

  • Fluent in French – to a professional standard (one of the interviews will be conducted in French)

  • Ability to use initiative and work alone

  • Be proactive to identify when things need addressing

  • Take the lead with following up on behalf of the client and the coaches.

  • High attention to detail

  • Able to balance multiple projects and prioritise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office and able to pick up new platforms quickly.

  • Problem solver – able to think on your feet to find a solution

  • Ability to travel to offsites (once or twice a year)

  • Creative thinker

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal

  • Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and clients 


You must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK


This role will be based in their London office in the City (near Bank Tube Station). 

Please note they do have a flexible working policy, so this is open to discussion for the right candidate.

Hybrid minimum 3 days per week in the office
