About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PA professional to provide pivotal administrative support to several client-facing members of our client’s busy Investment team. Scheduling internal and external meetings across a number of conflicting diaries, the successful candidate will be skilled at managing priorities and thinking on their feet. This role will have responsibility for the preparation and co-ordination of client meeting packs or presentations, working with Investment Assistants assigned to Investment Partners to track actions and move to completion where needed.
In addition to supporting the client-facing needs of your Investment Partners, you will assist in the execution of their compliance requirements and reporting where appropriate.
This position will suit a team player who is happy to be flexible to the needs of the team and the business, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. As part of group of support staff, you will work closely and in tune with other PAs, providing support for them during busy periods or leave.
This is a hybrid role, typically 3 days per week in the office, however you should have the flexibility to attend on additional days as the work priorities require.
Requirements
Exceptional eye for detail
Professional and discreet with strong emotional intelligence
Solid experience of Microsoft products and in particular PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Client-centric with great communication skills
Proactive and able to see where value can be added for managers and the business
Experience of working with HNW individuals or C-suite executives preferred.
