About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Corporate Receptionist to provide front of house support to a busy team based in Central London.



  • Welcome and greet visitors, providing a warm and professional first impression

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

  • Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring visitor logbook

  • Assist with basic inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations

  • Display excellent communication and customer service skills at all times

  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and support to the team


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and phone systems

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies

  • Availability to work flexible hours, if needed

  • Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and procedures
