About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Receptionist to join their friendly team.
As the first impression of the company as visitors arrive at the office, this is a very important hire. The successful candidate will be a career Receptionist with a natural customer service instinct and an exceptional eye for detail. You will be working as a team of two experienced receptionists, and you will jointly cover the responsibilities of the area. It is a busy and varied position that will suit a positive person. You must be polished and professional and able to juggle priorities, working as part of a team to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities
Operating the switchboard
Meeting and greeting visitors
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area
Monitoring the meeting room bookings
The timely setup and clearing of rooms, including refreshments
Organising and setting up of catering for clients or team social events
Maintaining the presentation of the office area
Managing the upkeep of stationery and kitchen supplies
Ad hoc support to the team as required.
Requirements
Proven track record of working front of house in a boutique office environment, preferably with exposure to ultra-high net worth clients
Experience working well in a small team
Positive and welcoming attitude
Highly professional and polished manner
Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
Due to the nature of the front-of-house role, this is an office-based position
